Following yesterday's announcement regarding the second encore of the Brixton gig being sadly absent from the live CD album, ConcertLive representative, Andy Knight has been back in touch, with the following:
We will look into making the missing tracks available for download but I'm not sure this will be possible. Please be aware that anyone ordering the CD for postage from the website will receive the full concert as we have produced new masters with the missing tracks on.

Meanwhile, fellow ConcertLive rep Adam Goodyer contacted the Madness Trading Ring with the following explanation:

I just wanted to get in touch directly to see if there's anything we can do to answer queries concerning any of the Madness live CDs over the tour.

In particular regarding the Brixton gig and the missing tracks - unfortunately this was totally out of our control. We always push to get a set list before the gig however this wasn't available at Brixton. We only missed the last 2 tracks (second encore not the first) and have a master DAT that has all of the gig.

If anyone wants to swap the disk 2 they picked up at the concert for a full version, we will be happy to do this. All people who ordered for postage will get the full version anyway.

In terms of set lists in general, as you've seen from above, these aren't available to us in advance. In terms of distinguishing future gigs, each CD cover is different for each gig.

If you want us to post anything up on the forum with an explanation and letting people know that if they got one on the night and want to change it they can.

MTR co-maintainer has been back in touch with ConcertLive in an effort to find out what fans need to do should they wish to return their 2nd CD and obtain the complete concert recording.

We at MIS think that ConcertLive must be applauded for their efforts in not only offering to rectify the slight niggle, but also for being so open with the fans. Impressive customer service!

(A big thank you to the MTR for portions of the above)
